Bonus Time Rules
"Bonus Time" allows Owners to book reservations for 50%-off rack rates. Reservations that qualify for Bonus Time rates must be booked within 72 hours of check-in time. i.e. a reservation for Thursday, July 12th can apply for Bonus Time rates if booked on Monday July 9th at 16:00 or later.
Bonus time rates can apply to a maximum of three nights of a reservation. A fourth night can be booked at check-in time based on availability.
The 72 hour booking window applies to the first night of the stay; i.e. On Monday, July 9th at 17:00 I can book a three night reservation from Thursday, July 12th through Saturday, July 15th.
Junior/One Bedrooms prices are based on Double Occupancy. Two Bedrooms are based on Quadruple Occupancy. Additional charges of $20 + taxes will be applied per adult above and beyond these, up to the maximum occupancy for each room type.
Two Night Minimum Stay.
Single night reservations are allowed if the room in question has already been booked on either side (i.e. if the room is reserved Thursday and Saturday, then it can be rented out on Friday).
